Kraken has opened access to Oura's planned Nasdaq listing through xStocks IPO Access. Eligible customers in the European Economic Area and other supported markets can submit a non-binding indication of interest before the company begins trading under the ticker OURA.
This is not a guaranteed share order. It is an early request for an allocation that may result in OURAx, a tokenized representation of Oura equity, on the listing day.
Kraken shows an indicated price range of $40 to $44 per share and charges a 5% fee on a successful allocation. When a customer submits an indication of interest, the corresponding funds are reserved rather than charged immediately.
Requests are not handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The IPO underwriters decide the final allocation after reviewing demand, so a customer may receive the full requested amount, a smaller amount or no allocation. Kraken says any unallocated funds will be released automatically.
The expected free float after listing is about 15%. Kraken warns that limited supply and strong demand could produce sharp price movements once trading begins.
A successful allocation is delivered as OURAx, which Kraken describes as a 1:1-backed tokenized representation of Oura equity. It is expected to be tradable on Kraken, participating xStocks Alliance platforms and compatible DeFi venues from the listing day.
OURAx is not the same as holding shares in a traditional brokerage account. In the EEA, xStocks provide price exposure but no direct ownership, voting rights or dividend rights. The product is issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited under an EU prospectus.
The offer is not available in the United States or to US persons, and it is also restricted in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan and New Zealand. Eligibility can vary elsewhere, so customers should check the terms shown in their Kraken account before reserving funds.
Oura makes the Oura Ring and says it serves more than five million users across 56 markets. The company reported $1.43 billion in revenue for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, up 74% year over year. Oura is the fourth company in Kraken's 2026 xStocks IPO Access pipeline, following SpaceX, Bending Spoons and Jersey Mike's.
