Kraken has opened a free promotion called A Christmas Call with Poldi. Ten winners will each receive a place on one 30-minute group video call with former Germany international Lukas Podolski. The call is scheduled for the week of December 15 to 19, 2026.
Entries opened on November 1 at 00:00 UTC and close on December 1 at 23:59 UTC. Kraken will select the winners at random after the promotion closes.
No purchase, deposit or trade is required, and financial activity does not improve the odds of winning. The promotion allows one entry per person. The landing page asks entrants for their name, email address and Kraken ID.
To receive the prize, an entrant must be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live, hold a Kraken account in good standing and complete at least Basic KYC before the deadline and prize fulfilment. The promotion is open in the EEA, most of the United States and Canada, and other places where Kraken services are available. It excludes the UK, Australia, Switzerland, Maine, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico and Quebec. Local law can impose further limits.
All ten winners join the same moderated call. Questions can be submitted in advance, but Kraken does not guarantee that a particular question will be used. The stated approximate value is $500 per place, or $5,000 in total. There is no cash alternative, transfer or individual session.
Kraken says it will email selected entrants within five business days after entries close. Winners have ten business days to respond and complete any requested checks. Canadian residents must also answer a time-limited mathematical skill question correctly.
The terms allow Kraken to record the call. Publication consent is handled separately where local law requires it, including in the EEA, and declining publication consent does not remove the prize.
