Kraken now supports USDC deposits and withdrawals through Arc. Kraken Listings announced the integration on September 16, 2026 and said support was available from the network's first day.
Arc is an EVM-compatible Layer 1. According to Kraken's announcement, the network uses stablecoins to pay gas fees, beginning with USDC.
For Kraken users, the update adds Arc as another network option when depositing or withdrawing USDC. It does not create a separate asset or change the value of USDC. The practical change is the route used to move the stablecoin.
Users should select Arc on both the sending and receiving sides of a transfer. USDC held on Ethereum, Solana or another network should not be sent to an Arc deposit address unless the sending service supports that route. Check the selected network and destination address before confirming the transfer.
Kraken's announcement does not specify transfer fees, minimum amounts or processing times. Those details should be checked on Kraken's deposit or withdrawal screen because they can vary by account and network conditions.
The confirmed update is limited to USDC deposits and withdrawals on Arc. Network support does not mean that every token issued on Arc is available on Kraken.
