Payward says it has filed to bring single-stock perpetual futures to US traders through Kraken. The initial list contains ten tickers: TSLA, SPCX, NVDA, AVGO, MU, AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, GOOGL and PLTR.
The important word is "filed." Payward did not say that the contracts are already available, that the filing has been approved or when trading could begin. This is a proposed product, not a launch announcement.
Payward also said it is working toward 24/5 trading. The stated goal is to let traders respond to news outside regular stock market hours instead of waiting for the opening bell. The post does not provide exact session times or a rollout schedule.
The announcement does not specify leverage, margin requirements, funding rates, fees, contract sizes, settlement methods or account eligibility. Those details will determine how the proposed contracts compare with Kraken's existing products and conventional stock trading.
Single-stock perpetual futures are derivatives rather than direct share listings. The ticker list describes the markets Payward intends to offer; it does not mean Kraken has announced spot share trading for all ten names.
Users should wait for the final contract specifications and an official availability notice before treating the products as tradable on Kraken.
