Nasdaq Ventures ने Kraken की parent company Payward में $100 million निवेश पर सहमति दी है। यह निवेश tokenized stocks, market infrastructure और trading surveillance से जुड़ी विस्तृत partnership का हिस्सा है।
Payward ने 10 सितंबर 2026 को इस agreement की घोषणा की। Press release में investment agreement का उल्लेख है, पूरी हो चुकी transaction का नहीं। इसमें Payward की valuation या दूसरी financial terms भी नहीं बताई गई हैं।
Payward और Nasdaq, Nasdaq Equity Tokens यानी NETs के लिए operational और commercial infrastructure विकसित करना जारी रखेंगे। कंपनियां NETs को 2027 की दूसरी तिमाही में launch करने की उम्मीद कर रही हैं।
NET framework को Payward के xStocks ecosystem से जोड़ने की योजना है, जबकि underlying securities से जुड़े अधिकार और सुरक्षा बरकरार रहेंगे। अगला चरण global distribution, trading और post-trade capabilities पर केंद्रित होगा।
Payward अपने trading venues पर Nasdaq की market surveillance technology भी अपनाएगी। घोषणा के अनुसार इसमें crypto, equities, tokenized equities, futures और options शामिल होंगे।
यह घोषणा Kraken और xStocks के पीछे की institutional partnership को मजबूत करती है, लेकिन ऐसा product launch नहीं करती जिसे clients तुरंत इस्तेमाल कर सकें।
Payward और Nasdaq ने NETs के जरिए उपलब्ध हो सकने वाले shares, supported countries, client eligibility, fees या मौजूदा xStocks products के साथ NETs के सटीक संबंध की जानकारी नहीं दी है। 2027 की दूसरी तिमाही अनुमानित समय है, guaranteed date नहीं।
अभी पुष्टि $100 million के investment agreement, NETs पर जारी काम और Nasdaq surveillance technology अपनाने की Payward की योजना की हुई है। अलग-अलग assets और client availability के लिए Payward, Kraken या Nasdaq की अगली घोषणाओं का इंतजार करना होगा।
